Peer Pod Session 1 – See: Making Others Feel Seen

In this Peer Pod session, participants reflect on their experiences practicing the “Go Do” activities from the See module and share what worked well and what they would approach differently next time. Through discussion, the group explores how mindset, assumptions, and “in-the-box/out-of-the-box” thinking can impact leadership effectiveness and relationships at work. Participants will also discuss ways leaders can create an inclusive environment where team members feel fully seen, valued, and supported.
